Aimee Carrero

Aimee Veronica Carrero was born in Dominican Republic and is an American actor, voice actress. The most famous of her roles is her performance as Angie Prietto in the Cartoon Network live-action television show Level Up. From 2014-2018, she starred as Sofia Rodriguez in the ABC Family/Freeform sitcom Young & Hungry and Young & Foodies. She is also voicing Adora/She Ra in the DreamWorks animation series She-Ra & The Princesses of Power, which is available through Netflix. Carrero was engaged to with actor Tim Rock in November 2015 and they were married on the 16th of August in 2016. For Disney the studio, she played the role of Princess Elena in Sofia the First and its spin-off series Elena of Avalor. Also, in Zeke as well as Luther's "Skater Girl Island", she played Tasha as well as Mia. On ABC Family, she played Sylvia Torres in the show, Lincoln Heights and Sydney in the show, Baby Daddy.
